The Boob Thrower
There’s a big difference between a boob thrower and the dreaded “B” word. A boob thrower is a spoiled little kid on steroids. And we’re all guilty of it from time to time.
But when you’re in business, you tend to see more women throwing their boobs around than you’d like to. It’s scary. See I’m in the all or nothing business. People want you when they want you. Or they don’t want you at all.
Here’s an example: A woman calls and books a facial and a massage, then she no-shows us. We call her. She gives no explanation why she chose to stand us up. We tell her she owes us $125. She laughs and says, “No way!” Now here’s where she goes from being a classic “B” word to an ultimate boob thrower.
“It’s not like you’re a doctor’s office.” Like that makes a difference? Was this woman raised in an ivory tower? My office manager explained that this is how we make our living. You don’t show up, we don’t get paid. She doesn’t care.
But the joke’s on her. We fired her skanky butt. This woman is no longer welcome at our spa.
The point is, use your boobs only for good! Don’t throw them around just because you think you can. Whether it’s with a spa, your doctor, or your best friend, if you’ve got a problem or issue, speak truthfully and with a compassionate heart.
I don’t care how small your boobs might be, those suckers can give you a bloody nose if you don’t rein them in!
